500 Days of Summer

Rating: * * * *

Content: PG-13. I noticed language, innuendos, and some inappropriate subject matter. (Sensitive viewers simply should watch it edited.)

Opinion: CREATIVE! The kind of chick-flick I can get behind. It's fresh, witty, and visually playful. I even relate to Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character because he dreams of being an architect but isn't one... yet, that is. The plot is dynamic, the soundtrack is classic, and the transitions are clever. If you liked Stranger Than Fiction, you'll probably like 500 Days of Summer. This is a feel-good movie without being overly predictable.
